Dr. Kelly Ficklin is an accomplished educator and administrator with over three decades of experience in elementary education and teacher training. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Graduate Director at 911±¬ÁÏÍø Pembroke, she has previously held various leadership roles, including Program Coordinator of the Elementary Education Undergraduate Program. Dr. Ficklin has spearheaded international study abroad programs, focusing on innovative educational practices and alternative pathways to teacher licensure.
Her academic credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from 911±¬ÁÏÍø Wilmington and multiple advanced degrees from 911±¬ÁÏÍø Pembroke. She has authored numerous publications and presentations to enhance STEM education, particularly in underrepresented communities.
